Tenstrike Bowling Center — Local services in Petersburg

The bowling and food was good and I wish I could leave a review for just that section because they deserve 4 starts at least. But the arcade ruined the experience. Me and my wife love arcades and we were excited to try some games after bowling seeing the arcade. The prices of the games are not the best but also not the worst. The issue with this place is that the tickets the games give for how much it costs is a complete rip off. You would need to spend a hundred bucks just to win some cheap headphones Dave n busters gives 3x the tickets for there games for reference.

The biggest let down was that multiple games didn’t even work and there was nowhere to get help. One game took *stole my credits yet didn’t even let me play. Then when I finally tracked down a worker for help they told me they don’t even have access to the games and pointed to a number on the wall and didn’t seem to care too much I just got ripped off. I thought that was just ridiculous and never heard of that but tried to humor him and called and nobody answered. I’m not going to sit there and waste my time calling some number when I should be enjoying my time with family. I get it’s not run by the same company but if you’re going to have those games in your building you should make sure someone is available to help instead of having workers point at a number on a wall that’s...

So I have been twice. The facility is beyond clean and we'll maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dining area is huge and they have decent food, decent prices, and they serve alcohol. The bowling prices are decent. I like paying for a lane by the hour rather than per person. The rental shoes are in good condition. So far, I really like going here, it's got a good family friendly vibe, and I will definitely return again. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.

First the good: the place was very well maintained.

However, the staff was very disrespectful. We were kicked out of the bowling center in front of other patrons without a good reason and leaving my friends and I very confused, upset and embarrassed.

This is my first time in this bowling center, and I feel I was being treated unfairly and disrespected due to the current social climate.
