Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Virginia

Now remember Pizza Hut has the Honor of being Allowed on Fort Lee. Me and my family were staying on Fort Lee for the night so we could go see my son graduate the next morning and order Carry out, we ordered One large pepperoni, one large cheese, and order of breadsticks that was it they never gave us the total but when I got my Credit Card statement, it was $53.92 No, any other place this would be around $18.47 I do not understand why a company that has the honor to be on a military facility would try to rip off soldiers that are trying to defend our country they don’t get paid very much. So why would you triple the price of what you would charge civilian people that make almost double what these soldiers make a month this is just disgusting pure disgusting what you all charge soldiers that get paid Peanuts y’all should be ashamed of yourself. Y’all should get kicked off of that base. Totally disgusting and be ashamed...

Ordered from this pizza hut and was unfortunately engaged in differnet plans that had me be at a different location, picked up when the delivery person called i asked if i can be there in 10 minutes and they told me that i would have to have someone else deliver it. I said ok and waited for someone to deliver it a d they never came. So i re oredered again waited 15-20 minutes and no one came to deliver anything in my name so i called 3 times to find out when my order would be at my location, a lady picked up and once i told them my info they said that my 2nd order wasnt in the system and then i mentioned it was an online order they told me that online order system was down. I was charged for both orders and didnt receive any food. And then my husband called talked to a manager and then processed to tell my husband that if i wanted food i would have to give then my card #...

I can’t believe how overpriced Pizza Hut has gotten. I ordered 1 small personal pizza and 8 boneless wings and the total came out to $19.99. Absolutely ridiculous! For that price, you could get a full meal somewhere else.

To make it worse, if you don’t use their app, they’ll charge you full inflated prices. Please, please use the app or you’ll get robbed blind. Honestly, it feels like they’re taking advantage of customers who order straight from the store without checking deals.

Pizza was average, wings were fine—but nothing special to justify that kind of price. Definitely not worth it unless you’re stacking discounts...
