When I called to schedule an appointment, a man picked up the phone and after I explained what all was going on, just said okay and see you then and hung up. He didn't ask me for any information, so I called back and spoke to a woman this time (to confirm that my appointment had been made), and I discovered that he never wrote me down at all. That was a red flag right there, but I went ahead and took my civic here because it's less than a five minute drive from me. I hit a dead deer on the road and wanted them to take a look underneath and see if anything was damaged. The mechanic working on my car said they didn't see anything other than hair from the deer. When my brother went to change the oil, he immediately spotted very noticeable damage underneath. So here's my question...did they even look? One of the tire sensors is not functioning properly, and they wouldn't replace it. Just told me that I may need to get a new one. That's why I brought my car here, so that I could get this fixed. Seriously? When I got my car back, all my tires had all different pressures in each tire. My air pressure is only supposed to be 33-35 lbs, and it was way over that in each tire. None of the problems with my car were fixed, and they had my car for almost a week. I was charged $68 for supposedly fixing a leak in my tire. The last two times I came here, they say they don't have a print off or receipt and ask if that's okay, which seems kind of odd to me. They also do not use voicemail, which is odd. They also will not accept payment via debit or credit card, which is also unusual. I had nice blue tire pressure caps on my car. They removed one and didn't put it back. My car is also having problems starting (another reason I brought my car there), and the response from the mechanic was that they plugged my car to a computer and no error messages came back. Just because no error messages are coming back doesn't mean anything. My car is hard to start for a reason. I went to an Advanced Auto Parts, and they immediately identified when testing my battery that it is not charging like it should be. Why couldn't the people here do that? I now have an appointment with Honda, and they scheduled me...
Read morethis is the first time i have used this garage and will be the last. i have no complaint about the work they did but i feel they are very underhanded and dishonest with the way they do business. long story short i got an estimate for the work i wanted them to do. after getting the estimate i dropped my van off thinking the total bill would be 132.00 plus tax. but surprise surprise when i picked it up the bill was 315.00. they said they had to replace a caliper and charged 90.00 for a 35.00 caliper. they also . charged 54.00 for 2 caliper pins that cost 10.00 each at napa. on top of that they added 106.00 labor to replace the caliper. the dishonest part is they did not call me to see if i wanted the extra work done. if they had called and told me the additional charges i would have told them not to do it. i have never taken a vehicle to any garage that just did whatever they wanted to do then charge extravagant prices without any permission. if you use this garage be sure to tell them to call you if they need to do any additional work or parts. best bet is use...
