I have used several companies, but Austin Metro Moonwalks by far is superior to all. Their online booking makes everything completely simple. The bounce houses and water slides that you see on their website are exactly what you get. They aren't fake or generic images like every other moonwalk company. You see what you get. The were always on top of keeping me in the loop with when I'd expect the delivery, when they were close to dropping off, going over safety rules, and giving us a heads up on their way back to pickup. Everyone I spoke with, drivers and the owner himself were very professional and polite. The inflatable bounce house rental we received was very clean and looked brand new. I rented from Austin Metro Moonwalks for my nephews birthday and we all had a blast. We rented the Spiderman themed bounce house along with tables and chairs. It's too bad his birthday is so early in the year because their water slides look awesome. Everything was delivered and setup on time and looked and smelled brand new. I was happy with how clean everything was and how professional the delivery guys were. I wish they had a few other themes to choose from but other than that I have no complaints. First off, this was by far the easiest company to book with. I reached out via FB, on a Monday night (8:32 to be exact), with my event only two wks away. I figured I'd hear back on Tuesday, but that wasn't the case at all! I got a response within minutes! So my moonwalk was booked that night. The day before my event they reached out to confirm my appointment and let me know who would be dropping the moonwalk off. Needless to say my event went well and the kids loved the moonwalk.
