This is the best African food place in Austin Texas I have absolutely fell in love with their food. African food is my favorite food and when I found this place I was like so happy the service there is incredible. They are awesome and amazing people they always go above and beyond to make sure your order is correct and give you more food than you expected to get it's very fulfilling very tasteful. The taste is unbelievable my favorite restaurant by far. I recommend anyone who is African food lovers to definitely come to this place you will be satisfied and happy. Hey! Do not let these beautiful pictures fool you. I have been here once plus a report from a colleague. I bought 4 plates of Egusi, bitter leave soup, banga, and vegetable soup yesterday. The guy said they only come with turkey and beaf. Just as my friend told me about them, all the 4 plates i bought were absolutely rubbish. No turkey, plus the thing they call beaf are melting beaf... smelling like 3 months soup. I can believe people actually sell things like these. I believe people should have a different mentality and orientation when they leave their country to where things are done properly. I am already getting a petition together to the city. I only tasted one of the plates, and i have been sick since yesterday. That place should be closed down. These reviews must be audited. I'm not sure these people are real, or they actually eat food...

Very terrible experience. This store needs to be shut down for the sake of the public’s safety.

I looked up this restaurant online because I was so hungry. I bought two plates of jollof rice with fish. Ten minutes after getting home, I opened up one of the plate, the food had a spoilt stinky smell. The jollof rice and fish was sticky and drawing to the spoon. I called the store to let them know I’m bringing both plates of food for them to take a look and smell. The guy said, “I can’t do anything about it” and hanged up the phone. I was shocked!

Obviously clear to me that these people knew they sold a spoilt smelling stinky food to a first time customer.
