REAL REVIEW. Ever wonder why a new location has over 1k in reviews this fast?
We went in to look around. Bought a mod. They were pushing hard for the sale. Offered a bottle of free juice if we bought the mod. Offered a discount if we wrote a 5 star review right there in the shop. My daughter wrote the review.
Then all of sudden he had made a mistake, he couldnât give us the free juice but could give us discount on it. So we walk out having spent 50$. We get home. Open the box. Put the juice in the mod. The mod does not work. We drive back to the shop and tell them what happened. They first asked if we had tried it. I showed him it didnât work. He immediately told us âsorry no returnsâ we complained that we had just literally been there. He accused us of having an identical mod and swapping it out. Once again he explained it was not him it was the policy. I told him I now have new policy. I will never shop at a store that treats their customers like this. He said the best he could do was call the owner and see if she would make an exception. He took our information and said he would call when he got an answer. When he called us back. She had said sorry we should have tried it in the shop before we left.
Yep we already thought about that. Problem is this. The guy behind the counter pushing so hard to make a sale, would never shut up. I have bought disposables at gas stations and even there I have had clerks say, hey try it before you leave we have sold some that donât work. But this guy just kept going on about the delta 8 products and trying to push it more and more. We basically ran out of the place to get away from him.
So truth is this. The place is new. So it is clean looking and a nice shop. As for vape stuff. It is just a side gig to draw people in. All they really care about is delta 8 and CBD. They will do like most vape stores. Run out of what you want, rotate stock to figure out what sales fast. Leaving you with modes you canât get coils for or juice you like, but they no longer carry because it didnât sale fast enough to make them $$$$. How do I know this. Because they donât care about customers. Only $$$$$$.

   Read morePlaced an order two hours ago via Leafly, and it's still in confirmation status. This was around 3:30, it is now 6:13; my order was scheduled to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm.
I tried reaching out to the store directly to check on things. I had to try three different numbers, the one on Leafly goes to VM, and then there's a number here on Google (737 area code) that does the same. I was only able to reach someone after looking on their site directly for a (512) number.
After I reached someone at the store, they didn't know about my order and said they would reach out to their boss to follow up. I still haven't heard back about my order, and I've checked back in twice. The person at the store was nice, at least.
Would not recommend, service left a lot to be desired, and I still do not have my order two hours after ordering. Can't even cancel the thing because chat on Leafly is unavailable when in confirmation status.
Edit: they finally got back to me to say that what I ordered is no longer sold. Crazy that it's still listed for purchase and I had to wait about three hours total to...
   Read moreI placed an online order with a scheduled delivery at 6:39 PM. The confirmation said it would be delivered on time. I called the store to follow up on my order, and they told me the driver would pick it up in an hour and then head to me.
I waited until 8:18 PM and called again to check if there was a tracking number. The store said the driver had just arrived and would leave soon. I received a tracking number showing the driver en route to my location. However, an hour passed, and no one showed up.
I called three times without getting a response. Eventually, they called me back, saying they were stuck at the store and needed 20 more minutes to leave. I asked when I would receive my order, and they said 10:45 PM.
At that point, I asked to cancel the order because they were not being honest with me. Every time I called, they gave me a different delivery time. After waiting four hours, I no longer wanted the order. I do not recommend this service and will never...
