Dollar General — Local services in Philadelphia

I went to find a few balloons for my daughters birthday. I was looking for something with a black/red color scheme or solid colored black or red balloons. I was very disappointed to find that there were no balloons that fit what I wanted. I went to another dollar store in hopes of finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, once again, no cigar. The second store's supply was just as scant as the previous stores selection. So, I decided that I was going to settle for what was available in the store. So, I was going to purchase a bag of balloons that had a red and a black balloon in the package and have the two balloons blown up. Welp, that didn't work either because there was no string. So, I said that I would purchase some string. In went back to the aisle to get some string and there was none! By this time, I am thoroughly disgusted. My experience was horrible the cashier was a male with dreads and a scarf on and he had a horrible attitude. I said hello and he did not even greet me back. I guess he was mad cause they had him stocking the floor and then he had to do cashiering. I told him I didn’t want a card he rung up and then he just throws it behind him. I also never heard of a store where you can’t buy gift cards with anything other than with cash. Then you can’t even take out no more 40 dollars for cash back. Then he saw me tap my phone on the keypad to buy something to get cash back but he tells me after the fact like a dummy” oh you have to insert to get cash back”. Anyway he needs to be fired I came in there around 11 or 12ish this was on 06/ 17 so find that man and take affirmative action. You don’t like your job get another one. I just want too say that Dollar General at champlost and Old York is a very dirty store the floors in that store are so dirty they never have anything that you want every time you go in there is always something the register people that work the registers the lines are long and then slow the people that work in the store at the registers can tell you where an item is in the store cuz they don't know every since then store been there as Dollar General in the beginning it was alright it don't went down so much again it is very dirty very junky and the floors are so dirty like they never mop the floors the aisles or Junkie they need some serious work in that store Long Time Coming everybody talks about that store that comes in there.
