Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I posted a review I didn't even see it here. So I'm adding this again on Sunday at 8:38 I made my order. But before that send those two people that were in front of me I thought they were ordering I went to the store next door but they were already closed so I went inside Popeyes to make my order the employee and the person ordering we're just going back and forth laughing and joking around I understand I was the only person in line. But we all have a life to live I was getting mad it was all over my face but I did not open my mouth say anything to anybody. Because of that the employees decided they wanted to serve two people that came after me to make me wait even more when I have somewhere to go before they close. I'm spending my money dear I was not asking you guys for nothing my chicken was cold it was room temperature and not only that my soda wasn't even a soda it was like Sweet water it was still. Now if I had said something y'all would have acted like I was the one in wrong if I ever spend my money at Popeyes again and that happened... I could have said something but I get my mouth shut I did not disrespect anybody but I was disrespected even though you people took my money and you decided you wanted to make me wait again for my food which was disgusting by the way room temperature chicken and Sweetwater I hope that money don't stay in your hand cuz that's not the way you treat customers control your employees next time my mouth won't stay...

I'm going to give this location another chance but I've been here twice, both times close to closing, and the only word I can use to describe this location is dysfunctional. Two words: completely dysfunctional. Most (not all, most) of the employees are rude beyond measure. They use foul language with each other in front of customers (hint: your not supposed to do that but because most of you were never taught any different it seems to have become the norm now in the whole industry and is just another example of the degradation of the country as a whole and a sign of the things to come.). The ones who weren't clearly don't know how to be a positive influence on the ones who were and help stop the practice, at least IN FRONT of the customers. The chicken I purchased was clearly under the warmers for an extended period of time and was barley edible. There were no fries available, but again, it was late. The biscuit was also, barely edible. The long and the short of the story is; it's a darn good thing Popeys has the best commercially sold chicken around because more places like this will shut the company down. Additionally, minimum wage is probably EXACTLY where it ought to be, if not a little high. The idea of raising it for this kind of service is...

Not good the person waiting on me was busy holding conversations with the other cashiers then she finally went back and got my corn brought it up to the counter and put it down and went back and start having conversation with the cooks I hit my keys on the counter to get her attention and I asked her can I have my food there were other people there waiting for their food a gentleman ordered 60 chicken tenders mild he ended up having to accept the spicy ones because the mile one still wasn't ready yet I go to this Popeyes often I live a couple of blocks from there and I've never seen it this way there's too much talking and joking and things like that going on with the crew that was there that day they don't have manners they throw your bag up there they don't say thank you they don't say we apologize for the Wait nothing they just throw the bag up then walk away that's not good they're not people Pleasers they just doing their own thing they need to go back and have some orientation on working with the public or pleasing the public things like that they really need it they need to learn some manners as well thank you please can I help you anything else they need to learn...
