Everything Party Rental Table and Chairs — Local services in Philadelphia

It is sad when you choose to support a black owned business they disappoint so gravely with the lack of customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers. Not only were they rude but the lack of transparency of how the delivery process would go was baffling and Inwas taken aback by the behavior. Not once in communication did they mention that it was curbside delivery. When asked for an estimated time of delivery for our event, they mentioned that they may deliver the day prior but wouldn’t have an idea until towards the end of their route, if they don’t then it would be sometime in the morning but still no timeframe. Because this made us nervous we checked in every couple of hours to update us whether they can delivery the day before. We were able to to receive our delivery the night prior but the pick up of the rental seemed to be an issue. Not only did they not show up the following day as planned, we had to reach out to them to find out the ETA. We gave them a time that suited our convenience the next day but upon their arrival they were nasty, rude and unprofessional as if we came a day late. They watched as a 5’0 ft woman hailed 2 8ft tables, 3 6ft tables and 30 chairs down a flight of stairs….chivalry is dead! Being that they were a day late, the right thing to do would have been to retrieve them from the door or at least help! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Pricing is bait-switch, customer service is horrid and...

I recently used eveything part rental table and chairs for a party rental, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the start, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They had everything we needed to make our event a huge success—from bounce houses to tables and chairs. Everything arrived on time, set up beautifully, and was in excellent condition.

My friends decided last minute that we wanted to have a small Halloween get together to get a sense of normal since we couldn’t bar hop like we usually would do. Of course I now had to host and plan a party within hours (I recently moved & had my old apartment empty for Halloween night, ie no furniture). I frantically called a bunch of local places that informed me that they didn’t have any rental chairs available & then I googled ‘rental chairs’ and this page came up! The service was amazing & they were able to help me with same day drop off!!! I called around 2ish and the chairs were delivered at 6ish. I will definitely be using them again.
