Ez Bargain — Local services in Philadelphia

This is a horrible company. The staff is ignorant and lack customer service skills. The first time I ordered from them I purchased three queen size mattresses with box springs. I paid $30 for them to be delivered. When the delivery man came, they dropped all three beds and the boxsprings in my living room and proceeded to leave. I asked why weren't they taking them upstairs they informed me that would be an extra $25. Unfortunately ,I did have $25 but it was in the bank on my debit card, so they told me that they weren't going to take my beds upstairs and that I would need to come into the store the next day pay the $25 and then they would come back to take the mattresses upstairs. I feel that they should have this in writing around the store and/or on your receipt. Today I purchased a table with four chairs. When the delivery man came once again they dropped the items in my living room and proceeded to leave. I then asked about set up and was informed that in order for them to put my table and chairs together it would cost me an additional $25, I feel that $25 is not too much to ask for a set up fee, however, if this was the case I feel it should have again been in writing in the store and/or on my receipt. Nowhere did it give me a disclosure or warning that my table and chair set would need assembly. when I requested to return the dining set, I was advised that they do not offer refunds. I'll never spend money here...

I went to this store they was so nice and helpful I spend 395.00 I got a full size bed and box boxspring frame, the mattress is very cheap and lumpy and uncomfortable after two weeks of having it the boxspring broke very cheap. I called the store to try to get a replacement. They said all sale is final and I would have to buy a whole new bed and boxspring. it’s crazy because they were so certain and so sore that they furniture is strong and good and it’s not. Here is some pictures below do not buy from here, when I called on the phone very rude and inconsiderate, and I spent all that money and travel to the store… NEVER AGAIN NOW I SEE WHY ALL TGE OTHER STORE THEY HAD AROUND PHILLY CLOSE AND HOPEFULLY THIS ONE WILL TO BAD BUSINESS WAS NOT TRYING TO HELP ME AT ALL.. so...

Over priced for out dated and cheap products....

Apparently the owner of this establishment has not been in his own store because he is not sure of the location and part of the city he is located in.

Mr owner your store is actually located in the southwest Philadelphia area not the West Philadelphia area and yes I've been in your store and your products such as your refurbished mattresses, old and flimsy furniture such as your cheap dressers (quality) that's held together by glue, you're overpriced sofas and you're outdated mini blinds better unsafe and pulls a strangulation hazard...
