Fine Fare Supermarket — Local services in Philadelphia

This place takes advantage of the community! I went there two days ago. I had my 21 year older daughter save my groceries. Today when I went to cook I realized I left a bag with very specific items. I called and was asked what was in the bag. I explained then they said I must bring a receipt, however I don’t have it. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the lady who answered the phone told me he is not going to speak to me and I should have came back the same day. Obviously I didn’t notice until today. I asked why won’t he speak to a paying customer and I know exactly what I left. I’m sure they found it at the register. She hung up one me. I called back and they do not answer. I spent my last couple dollars in groceries and they are refusing to give me my items 😞 They should be ashamed...

What good can I say about this place? Nothing. This should not be called a supermarket, it's more like a mini market. They have a very small selection of food items compared to the majority of other supermarkets in the area. Also, on more than one occasion, I have bought ground meat from there that was brown on the bottom once I took it out of the package. They have a sign posted by the registers advising their customers to return any meat products within a certain period of time if they notice anything wrong with it. This place is clean and everything is always sanitary the floors counters and table tops. The foods stacked up high as the ceiling. Everything neat and organized. Place runs smooth as can be . The parking is minimal but I normally find a spot. My experience here is always good but the only thing that's keeps me away is the price here I've found I pay almost 3 to 5 bucks more on stuff then my regular shop rite. This place had always been expensive even before this inflation...
