Avoid this place like the plague. Walking into Five Below feels like stepping into a neglected, humid storage unit — filthy floors, broken air conditioning, and the overwhelming stench of a store that’s been given up on. The bathrooms are a biohazard at best, and it's clear that management has no interest in basic maintenance, let alone creating a decent shopping experience.
The employees, mostly young kids, look absolutely miserable, dripping in sweat as they try to hold the place together. It's heartbreaking, and it’s obvious their well-being isn’t even a passing thought to the people running the show. Speaking of which, the so-called managers are a joke — rude, disinterested, and more concerned with gossiping than helping anyone. The security guard? Might as well be a cardboard cutout for all the good he’s doing.
Nothing about this store says "we care" — not about the staff, not about the customers, not even about basic hygiene. It's honestly embarrassing that this location is allowed to operate. If you have any self-respect, shop literally...
Read moreOne of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, it smelled terrible, like mildew and sweat. Half the shelves were empty or disorganized, with products thrown everywhere like nobody even tried to stock them properly. I asked an employee for help finding something, and she looked absolutely miserable, probably because it was 90 degrees inside with no working AC. I felt so bad for her and the other young workers who were clearly trying their best while management just stood around gossiping and ignoring everything.
When I finally found what I needed and went to check out, I waited almost 20 minutes because only one register was open, and the cashier looked like she was about to pass out from the heat. Meanwhile, the so-called “manager” was leaning against a wall playing on his phone.
This place is a complete disaster, and it honestly feels like nobody in charge even cares. I’ll never step foot in here again, do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually respects both its workers and...
Read moreSave yourself the headache and avoid this dump at all costs. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, the floors are sticky and filthy, and the AC is broken, leaving the entire store hot, muggy, and unbearable. It’s not just miserable for customers, you can see the poor young employees sweating and struggling just to do their jobs in these awful conditions. Management clearly doesn’t care about them or the customers. The security guard is useless and barely even pretends to pay attention, and the managers are rude, immature, and act like they’re still in high school. It’s obvious nobody here takes any pride in their work. Honestly, it’s pathetic, this place shouldn’t even be open. Take your money somewhere that values cleanliness, customer service, and basic...
