I had a terrible experience at this shop. The owner, Mike, is extremely rude and has no idea how to speak to people respectfully. His tone and attitude were nasty from the beginning, and I honestly felt like he was trying to take advantage of me just because I’m a woman. He acted like I didn’t know anything about cars and was super dismissive when I asked questions.

He had me buy a bunch of parts without being clear or specific about exactly what I would need. Then told me he’d still charge me for the job even if the parts were wrong! That made no sense. Even after I bought all the parts he asked for, he told me I still needed more just to simply change brakes and rotors. It’s like he didn’t have anything at the shop himself. It felt unorganized and shady.

In the end, I left and went to another mechanic who was way more knowledgeable and professional. I’m honestly shocked at how unprofessional Mike was. When I went to the shop before I had no problems with the staff that’s why I decided to go back but meeting the actual owner Mike, just rude. Never again. Save yourself the headache and...

I brought my car to this repair shop to get a tune up. Mike Wynn the owner suggested that I get another transmission installed. Upon his recommendation I purchased a transmission and had it installed. I drove my car into the shop and nothing was wrong. It was running good. After the mechanic installed the transmission he killed my car and changed the timing change on the engine that caused it to mis signal. He even blew the fuse so the car would not signal to turn over. I put out over $2,000k for everything. He is a cold blooded thief. I would not recommend anyone here. NEVER AGAIN!! Went to have a oil pan replaced, right after the car starts making a knocking sound. Go back. He rides around the block he says no sound. 30 mins later knocking. Ask him can u take the pan down and look? Oh you have to go to a dealer u went 14 miles u must've hit a hole or speed bump I can't help you...WTH!
