Checkers — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The people that works here are really rood and impatient. I ordered a spicy chicken meal and a cheesecake sundae and he said I could do that and I said to him the soda comes with the meal and I'm paying for another drink which was the cheesecake sundae. As I was telling him what I wanted on my chicken sandwich he cut me off and messed my order up and became rood all because he wasn't listening to the point my husband didn't want any food for them. The people who works there are ghetto and far from professional and they won't get my money or any money and service from everyone that I know. They are really high and with nasty workers. I just remained calm and respectful even after the disrespect and bad service and my food was messed up and I didn't get everything I asked for on my sandwich. My food was cold as well. Why do all checkers only serve large sizes after a certain time? Customers are being forced to spend more money. I can barely eat a regular size. So not only am I spending more money I end up wasting food. Another thing about checkers is that they re-fry the frech fries to reheat them! Disgusting! Now they are really loaded with oil! While Checkers is trying to cut costs, a customer can get sick! Stop being cheap! Also both drive thru lanes are always open to cars but when you try to place an order the cashier tells you to go to the other window. So not only is this a hazard when cars are trying to back out, but you also lose your place in line. Why not just put a cone in the lane to warn customers that the lane is closed to avoid all the hassle and possible...

Unable to be refunded properly for my order. The General Manager is lazy and does not know how to run a store location. Had to call Corporate (spoke to Daniel) to request my refund and get the matter escalated. The cashier should be asking what size meal combo the cuatomer wants not just ringing in a Large combo which cost the customer more. Plus, the Cashier rung me up for lettuce and a sauce cup at an extra charge when the itema ordered already come with it at an additional cost. Be ware at this location as they are over charging customers to make their bottom line look good. Make sure you ask for a printed receipt and thoroughly check it for overcharges not requested.
