VS Nail & Lash — Local services in Philadelphia

I went here today for a 10am and am highly disappointed. I read all the good reviews and was excited to find a new nail place. When I first went in everything was ok. I had asked how much a full set would be over the phone and they told me $27 for long coffin shaped. I assumed it would be more because I like designs. A friend of mine had met me there and mentioned that she hadn't brought a lot of money with her. I'm not sure if that's why things went left or if it's always like that there but the lady doing my nails became very sloppy and fast and was also seeming agitated. When she finished my nails it came to $52($27 for full set..$10 for gel polish..$5 because I wanted the matte finish which is crazy.. and $10 for rhinestones) I gave her $65 and told her to keep the change even though she did not deserve it AT ALL! My nail shape is not right like she didn't care half are angled and my one pinky doesn't even look coffin shaped and the rhinestones look like they were put on with a hot glue gun because she put glue over them too.. i'm just really really disappointed. I don't know if this is normal service or because she thought I didn't have money because of the comment my friend made but I will never go back oh and my 10yr old niece who got a kids mani and pedi said that her lady was talking to someone else and pointing and laughing at her. Today was my first and last time there. I went today and it was empty. I was the only customer there. The lady who gave me the service was so fast, she gave me a manicure in less than 15 minutes, it was barely a manicure. The pedicure was awful. The pedicure was horrible, you can't call it a pedicure. My nails are very short but I really needed a pedicure since I have a lot of dead and dry skin on the sole of my foot and after the “pedicure” there, I still have the same problem. The massage they gave me on each leg lasted less than 5 minutes. In total, all my service was about 25 minutes (manicure and pedicure) I just went to get my feet wet. Terrible service. Got my lashes done I should have known better. She lied right in my face she offered me clusters I said no I want individual. I even made her show me which one she was about to install. Wouldn’t honor Groupon discount which didn’t bother me due to COVID. Upon leaving they were really thin but I figured maybe I pulled some out. When I got home I noticed I had a lot of lashes with no extension. 3 days later clusters started falling off. Nearly all of them were gone within the week.
