That's right, from the moment you're seated in the mesmerizing atmosphere of Zeyna's with a personal braid chief - until you're released, you receive professional attention that mirrors a second-to-none hair design.

Over 7 years ago, my journey began at Zeyna's and my experience has been nothing short of pure professionalism, skilled braid champions, within a sophisticated ambience as my hair was being created. Thank you Zeyna, for bringing forth my gracious crown, and incredible attractive braids, that last beyond ordinary lengths of time, year-after-year, of which admirers whisper, ". . . ooh, where did you get those fabulous braids!"

Women (men too!) of this spectacular Philly Metropolis are grateful to choose from multitudes of beyond-attractive braids: "Boxed," "Fulani," "Knotless" "Cornrows," "Micros," "Boho," "Crocheted," "Criss-crossed," "Twisted," "Plaited," "Knitted," and "Laced," to name a few - contenders can only seek to emulate, that is, if they want to be heralded "Master Braiders"...

First off my appointment was at 9 AM I get there 10 minutes early, so I wait and I noticed they were still closed so at 9 o’clock I called them, they go to say they thought my appointment was at 9:30 but I already talked to them the night before, they said 9 o’clock, so it’s 9:34 someone comes in I go in with 5 other girls that had been waiting as well, it’s one person, ok so she start my hair about 10am other hairstylist start coming in all together it was about 4 or 5 so The lady did one section stopped and went to start somebody else hair I waited about half an hour before she came back to me and it kept going on and off me, other people,back and forth each time I’m waiting about 20mins to a half, than other people in my hair I have four people doing my hair at different time they kept stopping to help other people mind you I hate medium size knotless some other girls had these tiny braids how do you get done before me Then more people came in they all got them before me so they did eight people heads before they got done mine and they started with me on top of that I had less to do them some of the girls I’m annoyed then they didn’t listen to the colors I said I wanted in my part is not in the middle of my head it’s cricket and my braids are shorter than what I told them I’m just annoyed at this $.200 down the drain then the last lady was so rude was being very aggressive and left all this edge control sitting on my edges didn’t even swoop them I had to...

This was my first time at this braiding shop. The lady who I booked my appointment with told me to be there by 9:00am. I communicated with her on the phone and she sent me an Instagram page with their work , I was pleased and decided to make an appointment with this shop. When I arrived no one was there and the shop was still closed. I was there on time and I sent them a $50 deposit to hold my spot. I didn’t get into the shop until 9:40. I requested to get long medium knotless braids. The braids are ok, but the ends are horrible. The person rushed to do my hair! First of all , they did not braid the ends all the way down, some braids of my hair were long and some were short, and my braids had many specs on them as if my hair were rushed. If you guys going to charge me for long braids, I expect my braids to be nice , neat braids that are braided all the way down. shouldn’t have any problems with my hair especially for the price they charged me! People be trying to get over on you and thats not cool. They set a price which is high and don’t even give you the best service. Not only that, I complained to the lady who I booked my appointment with and she told me that she wasn't the one who braided my hair. She sent someone else to do my hair because she had an important event to attend. I would not recommend this braiding shop to anyone! They are pricey and you don't get what you pay for!! That would be my first and last time receiving service...
