My Experience at Ganem Jewelers was nothing short of extraordinary from start to finish. This is exactly the level of service you expect from high end watch stores. My experience began with Laila who was very welcoming from the beginning. She was hospitable and helped me chose the perfect watch. She was extremely knowledgable and experienced. We had to put in a custom order for an IWC watch to be shipped from Switzerland and she truly made this experience easy and fun. I was updated regularly and she was there to answer all my questions at any point in time whether by phone or text. I could not be any happier with my watch and the service provided by her. I have purchased many watches in the past but nothing at this level of customer service. It really changes the whole experience. Thank you Laila and thank you Ganem Jewelers. I purchased an $8,000 Breitling from this shop. First, they lied about the pistachio watches they had over the phone and when I got to the shop there was only one when they said they had a few. The one iI wanted was at their other location and they told me they would have it transferred and update me via phone. Rather than them updating me I had to call and find out whether the watch was transferred. I bought it and wanted it shipped home and they talked me out of shipping it on Friday (I purchased it Wednesday, no idea why they couldn't ship it Thursday and I had paid for the shipping) because they were concerned no one would sign for it on a weekend. I called and left messages over the next 4-5 days to get an idea of when they would ship it so I could arrange for someone to be home and each time was told I would receive a call. No one ever called me and I finally was told it would be shipped yesterday only after I called again. And I was upset and the person made it seem as if I was in the wrong and took no responsibility. I will never shp here, nor recommend it, and I will report the incident...

10 out of 10 for cost & experience. I took my mother’s wedding rings to a big name jewelry to have sized and soldered. They told me there was over $2,000 in damage and it would be better to rip the rings apart and put into a new setting. My friend recommended Ganem. She said her parents got their wedding bands there, they were a family business and were trustworthy. My husband and I met with Jackie Kreuz at Ganem and didn’t mention our previous experience. Jackie was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. After speaking with her colleagues she came back with an estimate of a 1/4 of the price of the other jeweler. We were in shock. We then told her what the other jeweler had said and she was in shock. She said there was minimal damage and the thought of tearing apart my mother’s rings appalled her. A week later we returned to find my mother’s rings as beautiful as they were when my mother married my father over 65 years ago. I started crying. I will always be grateful to Jackie and Ganem and we will recommend them...
