So, this experience was exceptional. My good friends and I are driving back to Texas from California and right outside of Tonopah, we heard the back right tire pop. We pulled over, located the spare, and realized there was no jack. Thankfully, my friend drives a Chevy, so I told her to call Onstar. After telling the dispatcher our situation, she was saying we would have to get the car towed because her vehicle has custom rims. I know right?
Here's the crazy part, we were in the middle of nowhere at 1:30am and Onstar couldn't reach any towing company. The dispatcher encouraged us to call 911 and we did. We were given contact information for two companies, and neither of them could help: one of them was too busy and the other company said we can't do it period. All of the odds seemed to be against us, but God! So we called 911 again and they were able to dispatch one of the two towing companies we just called. I guess it takes the police to get things moving.
Needless to say, we stayed in the car on the side of the road and slept until our tow truck arrived at 4am. All of us fell asleep in prayer, knowing that those who wait patiently on the Lord will mount up with wings as eagles, for He shall renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31. When Dwayne arrived, he did have a bit of an attitude, but we understood. This guy probably deals with rude people daily. Onstar paid for Dwayne to put the tire on and we drove to Phoenix, which is about 56mi from Tonopah. We located a tire shop that was open 24hrs and it was such a great experience. Instantly, our mechanic greeted us with a smile. The best part of it all is that everyone in the car believes that Christ is Lord. The name of the mechanic who put on the brand new tire had the name above all names: Jesus.
It took all of 20mins, if that, and he told jokes, made us laugh, and even had some biblical jokes as well. This was divine to be saved by Jésus in the middle of the desert. Thank you so much for the excellent service and great memories. We'll...

Read moreLong story short. Brought a car in Friday for alignment, Sunday my son started to have vibrations and he felt unsafe to drive. He lives in Mesa, so I called and asked if we could have them double check the alignment. Something simple that Network or Midas or any other business would be happy to do. Safety should be a tire shops biggest concern right? When I brought up my concern and asking if they could just double check the work, I was met with immediate denial of doing anything wrong and was told it sounds like I am looking to just blame someone. I said, “ sir, I am calling because my son called me regarding the issues and being that I am a father I was concerned. So I am calling you to let you know out of concern for his vehicle, but also to let you know we are having an issue. And if you could please take a look and make sure everything is tight”. The automatic denial and refusal to even check your own work shows the lack of pride and character for what you do. And well if it’s bad tie rod ends, what could be so bad about that? You let the customer know, sell them parts and service and boom your doing business the right way. Save your time and money. I have been coming here for years and this will be our last. I will stop recommending people here as I always felt taken care of. But after today and the lack of concern for the safety of peoples well being, this is pretty disappointing...
