Horrible experience and will never go back. I went there to support a local business. Upon entering the store, the lady working there came running to the door to tell us we needed to sanitize our hands, and proceeded to let us touch the dirty container they were in. Their website asks people to wear a mask in the store while NONE of the employees were wearing them. I have a terminal lung disease and Yet I still wore a mask to respect the laws & the store policy. The lady did NOT social distance & followed us around the store. They also do not carry Sterling Silver anything (Other than 4 little pieces), just cheap Chinese imported beads one can buy from Michaels. She stated that customers “whine over the prices” so they don’t carry sterling. They also said that the gems I bought were REAL precious stones and they actually were NOT. I had a feeling they weren’t but I had no way to test them in the store. I hate to break it you, but they aren’t real & you are telling your customers they are. They were dyed block plastic stones to look like turquoise. I was able to cut the ones I bought in half to see they were dyed Howlite. BOGUS & misrepresenting quality. Cheap and RUDE!!!!! Don’t let these people fool you. I don’t ever leave reviews but this lady was so rude... we will never be back. So much for...

My daughter and I have been getting into beading as of late and was sick of going to walmart so I looked up a bead store. Raincharmer beads came up so we went and couldn't be more pleased. We were greeted upon entering and asked if we needed help finding anything. I asked if they had classes and they do from basic stringing to advanced beading. You can even go in and bead with your own materials at a table ( be kind and buy something as well). We checked out and the lady asked my daughter to pick a piece of paper from a skull ( Halloween time) and see what is says. Treat was what she picked and she got a little bag of candy. I'll be going to raincharmers often and recommend you do the same if looking for anything beading. Brought back some faith in...

First time visiting here and may I say this place is very rude I called beforehand to verify if they can fix a broken bead necklace and this older women with white hair was very nasty when I walked in saying she didn’t have time to do it and to pick it up tomorrow I politely asked her if she knew another place that can do it today she snatched the form away and asked a different employee if she can do it today mind you I’m a registered nurse had my badge and everything was very polite to her It was just so rude and unprofessional I will never ever come back here again if they was so busy why didn’t you say that over the phone yet having me come across town to tell me it wasn’t going to get done today...
