Worst service ever. I call to place an orden for pick up they estimated 45 minutes for the pick up. The call me and call me when would I be here to pick up when it barely passed 20 minutes I said I will be there on 10 minutes I arrive to pick up my order just to find out they had it deliver to my house and no one was at my house! The person taking the orders asked me if I still want. It my food and I said yes since it was for my kids he said driver would go back to your home. 2 minutes before arriving to my home I receive a call from restaurant saying if I want it my food I need it to go pick it up because driver wasn’t going to drop it off. Let me start off by saying the food is alright, and okay priced. My biggest issue is they marked my food done, then I proceeded to wait close to an hour for a pick up order. I understand if it was a walk in order, but when it is as simple please as not marking an order, and it that gets fudged..well... Also, this was not the only people this happened to. The car next to me had the same issue.
If you order from here, through any outlet, do yourself a favor a call ahead. Previously, they just moved the pick up time, which was always moved another 45min later. Didn't mind waiting later, because I didn't have to wait there for it. Dropped the ball, and it is outrageous to make someone wait a hour for their order you marked as ready. Never ordering...

I decided to try for the first time despite poor reviews. And I am impressed. I've been let down by Pong Pong and Mings Pagoda recently. This was worth the money yet affordable. Mongolian Beef has generous portion of beef! Potstickers cooked perfectly tho I'm not a fan of the sauce. But eh. Crab puff golden brown not cooked in old oil like other places. Tried Shrimp with Cantonese noodles for the first time and Im a big fan. Shrimp tastes fine. And I took pics to share!
