Su Casa Shopping Center — Local services in Phoenix

This is the absolute worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to. Although this is not a corporate location I would think customers would get the same “World Class” customer service. The employees here are VERY discriminatory, prejudice, and racist, even stating I could not afford an IPhone 16. I have no other choice to make this conclusion because I am a Black American. Additionally, the employees seem a little suspect or could be scammers. I recommend no Black people or anyone with African descent to support, recommend, or spend your hard earned money at this location. They are truly a disgrace to T-Mobile brand and Arizona period. Located inside Ranch Market. Closed on Tuesday. They sell jewelry but I came here for a repair. I also came for some custom earrings to be made, this place has been here for 18 years with the same owner. I would highly recommend them. I bought a pair of earrings from them 17 years ago and in July I lost 1 of the pair. If it wasn't for the fact that it was the only shopping center within walking distance of where I live I would go somewhere else. The lines were the longest I've seen them. The cashiers would definitely not friendly.
