This place truly needs a qualified night manager. My daughter asked me to take her to Jack In the Box 59th and Thomas because we live nearby ( I did not want to! Because on 11/2022 I went through the drive thru and ordered $37.00 worth of food and they missed up my whole order so I returned it. The manager was supposed to refund me my $$$ back to my debit card. I shld have received my refund within 3 days ….well it’s been 4 weeks and I still have not received my refund)!
Then LN the people working gave the number 11 to me with poor quality’s chicken my guess it had bad frost bite before cooking it because the chicken patty was very hard to bite into, very tough to chew and swallow . Yes I went back and told the female manager on duty (yes the same rude one who took my original order). She gave me a rough time replacing it and when she did …..she purposely gave me a different order that I didn’t pay for to spite me.
My daughter can’t have too much salt. Guess what the manager gave me the remade stale French Fry’s with excess salt (when my original order was requested with NO SALT ) so the my daughter couldn’t eat it! There goes another $20.00 dollar that I paid for poor quality food and poor quality customer service - they gave me stale tacos also.! I’m calling my bank and requesting my money back! I’m reaching out to the county attorney’s office for them to investigate this place. These people treat customers this way because Jack in the Box makes it impossible for you to reach them and discuss these concern: Nobody answers the phone at this facility . Nobody answers the phone at corporate office. This place makes it difficult to address customer complaint’s especially with these types of situations.
To top it off the manager refused to let me know her name.
After the first experience I had no intentions in going back I, merely, did so because my daughter requested to go there ….she had a hard days work and was extremely hungry.

Read moreThis location use to be our favorite due to staff and location. Sadly this jack in the box has massively gone down hill. Im not sure if someone in management is micromanaging/creating a hostile work environment and burning them out or if they really just need some customer service training. The staff actively trick their drive through times by making you wait to order, wait to pull all the way forward until they can stick a broom out to reset the timer, and will make you pull forward to wait again for your food. I have personally experienced this quite a few times now.
Today my husband tells me it took almost half an hour to order and get the food for him and our kids while I was out. He said it wasn't even super busy. On top of that the order wasn't even correct. When he (politely) asked them to fix it the woman at the window copped a huge attitude with him about it. He had previously asked for a few dipping sauces for our kids and she argued with him claiming she had already given it to him. He responded by mentioning she was going to give them when he noticed the burger he ordered was wrong and she asked for the burger back. Instead of just giving them to him nicely, she slammed 3 sauces into his hand so hard that one actually fell to the ground and instead of giving him another one she just shut the window on him.
I use to work in fast food. I know how rough it can be especially during and after a rush but still as long as a customer isn't being a total jerk you shouldn't take it out on them. I hope they can get someone in their or some training and make some positive...

Then when i got to the window to pay he charged me for my food and then said i need u to reverse and pull back up. I am so tired of being the only customer in the drive thru and they ask me every time to reverse and pull back up. I told the guy my reverse didnt work and he looked at me like liar... but he immediately said ok then go park we will bring your food out. I said ok and started to get the phone number to call corporate and he saw me doing that and said i see u getting the number to corporate and added ill just give you your money back. I said are you refusing to sell me food? He said if you have an attitude yeah. I said what attitude he said cause you're getting the corporate number. I told him you are refusing to sell me food cause i didnt reverse and when you asked me to park i wrote down the corporate number? He said yeah! I told him ok just give me my money back. As i searched for my card again he said well your food is ready now and just gave me the food. Disgusted at this point i took the food and left. Called corporate and they never called me back. I will be taking this issue to all social media asap. Twitter, facebook and all others. I will never buy food at any jack in the box again....
