Tatemados Tacos al Carbon — Restaurant in Phoenix

Smh they made me wait 37 minutes for two to-go tacos and were serving many people who arrived after I placed my order, all to find out my food was ready but just sitting on the counter for 30+ minutes and they just “forget” to give me the food. I asked if they can make it over bc I don’t want cold food and it was them who did not call out that my order was ready. They said yes they’ll make it over and apologized. HOWEVER after 5 minutes they call me up just to hand me the same cold food that has now been sitting for 40ish minutes, as if I wouldn’t be able to tell by the hardened melted cheese. The food was inedible, waste of money and time. 0/5...

Atmosphere at this location was not it, restaurant felt hot inside, , had 2 flies buzzing around me while I ate. I ordered a #2 burro combo and when I received first burro it was the wrong one (got carne asada instead of pastor) went to tel tell cooks and they really thought I was making up that I got the wrong order, but they took back the food and made me a new correct one which was a pastor one. When I received the remade one it was down right uneatable due being extremely hot (temp wise) and soaking in grease, overall it was bland, rice and beans were 10/10. Felt dirty at this location compared to the other location...

Let me tell you about this place… (I’ll try to make it short lol). As we walked in we were greeted with friendly faces and felt very welcomed. The smell of carbon .omggggg!!! Sooo delicious!! The burrito de asada wrapped with bacon is out of this world! The tacos de tripita wow! Just the most perfect crunchiness and the flavor amazing! The restaurant is Very clean and the music playing was the cherry on top!!
