Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Used to have really good service until recently that I found a long hair in my slice of pizza and also on the crazy bread, so disappointed because I called to report this manager over the phone took my info and told me I could go any day to pick up another pizza or if I wanted I could get a refund, I opt out for the pizza and guess what happened today manager in store at the time I went was extremely rude and her dumb ass found it I think amusing that I found a hair on my pizza, they try to look me up in the system by my name but couldn't find me so I asked them more than once to try and look me up with my phone number but none of them did and they didn't even bother to ask me for it, they where just lazy and didn't want to do it, they also said I must have called another store cuz their phone number ended with 9006 but guess what I called the number I dialed before and a guy answer me from there with the number ending with 9000, said they couldn't do anything and to come back the next day to talk to general manager, I will but this one time I will ask for a refund and never going back to purchase in that...

In my personal opinion the pizza always satisfies but the service on the other hand is sub-par! Personel should be more careful about who takes phone orders or for that matter,even to answer a phone line period. The gentleman Tony which took my order via phone could not properly introduce himself nor could he correctly fill my order. I believe there should be some type of pride in answering a business phone line also be courteous and pay close attention to what the customer has requested. This of course was not the case with my experience. I showed up to pick up my order, which was incorrect. After explaining to the young lady that this was incorrect, her only reply was that I'd have to wait of course. After she had re entered the order I was told her register did not except debit and would have to go to the next register. It was only after I told her that I would not do this all over again, did she offer to tell he co-worker to take my order. Please hire a competent work force and please don't waste anybody else's time with people's lack of knowledge or customer service...

BAD experience. I came here for a doordash with 2 orders which happens more often than most things but I came in only 2 people then me. I got to counter. The young woman was very short, rude and had an additude. Made me very uneasy and uncomfortable. She told me she didnt believe I was doordash and I quote " people like me try steal food" after I showed her the 2 orders off my phone off the doordash app. This was just a very nasty unpleasant visit. and I dont think I'd come back or recommend this place to anyone I know. If anything I'd say stay away! NOBODY deserve be treated this way. I've worked restaurant work for 5 years and I understand its takes a toll with mean customers but you domt have right act this way especially to someone who didnt do anything but try get a customer there pizza. I hope management handles this quickly so she doesnt do this to...
