We rented the house at 755 glory ridge way and it was a mess. The house was so dirty that once we started to clean it only got worse. There were mouse droppings on everything and it looked like no one had cleaned it in months. The worst came the next morning when we realized the house was infested with fleas. We called the property manager and got the run around until the next shift came in and I called about all the issues again. Finally we started making progress. They sent pest control out to spray but it didn't do any good. The fleas were still in the house and covering our dogs. We had to leave the house for 3 hours for them to spray. During this time we went to get stuff to wash our dogs and treat them for bites. We missed a reservation for dinner and had to give our one dog his food and diabetic shot in he vehicle. The cleaning crew came that night to vacuum because the one at the house was filled with dog food and hair that looked like it had be there awhile. We had to clean the house when we arrived. The entire house including the beds,towles and all the kitchen stuff bc of mouse droppings. The guest before us left dirty underwear in the washer and trash in the bins. When we got ready to leave we had to pack our clothes in trash bags bc of the fleas that were jumping on us and everything we put on the beds. This was hands down the worst trip to Tennessee and the worst experience with vtrips. We lost 3 days of our vacation dealing with our issues and they did not want to reimburse us for our lost time or the inconvenience we had to go through. I've used this app many times before and have always gotten a 5 start guest rating. Even with this trip but ofcourse I would have. I cleaned there house for them. Very comfortable cabin with amazing views of the mountains and pretty easy to arrive. Staff was available every time we contacted them and allowed us to leave at 11:30 instead of 10:00. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was filled with water, sanitized and ready to be used. Unlike other reviews, we had heavy rain and we did not experience a single drop of water inside the cabin. There were some internet issues but I think was because of very inclement weather. On the downside, the sofa bed had pieces of bacon, so we felt uncomfortable using it and unfortunately the bbq was very dirty and we couldn’t use it...
