SkyView Mansion — Local services in Pigeon Forge

We took our church Youth Group and Staff to the SkyView Mansion and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have stayed in several different cabins over the years and this one was the best so far! It really is a short drive to Pigeon Forge and your on the south side of town closest to Gatlinburg for a fast and easy trip. The views were spectacular, some of the best anywhere in the Smokies. The Cabin had every feature we could ask for. Many times we gave the option for kids to go out or into town and they decided to just stay in the Cabin. The staff was very kind and responsive, I had a few questions and they quickly answered and were quick to help. The Cabin owner even came by and we had a wonderful conversation about the great outdoors and the beautiful elk above the fireplace. The Pros: Beautiful looking house in a beautiful location. The house looks very pretty with one of the best views you can find. Stacey was very attentive in getting things fixed for us when needed.

The Cons: The house needed a LOT of fixing, especially the big bunk room. The shower stopped working, the doors were broken, toilets were clogged before we got there. When we arrived the Keurig was already broken. One of the fridges broke down and we lost a lot of food because of it. There was also a leak in the roof which got pretty bad. The lights in the house are almost impossible to figure out.

Some problems are to be expected but there were a lot before we even arrived which should have been taken care of beforehand. Overall it was a very nice house but not...

Where to begin? This mansion is fabulous !!! Absolutely beautiful ! We had a large group with many individual families at our reunion. The kitchen, dining room and living room was large enough to accommodate everyone but yet homey enough that you still felt the closeness with everyone that sometimes is hard to have with a large number of people in a large expanse. Yet there were many smaller areas where you could privately share one on one or with a smaller group.
