Paradise Peak — Local services in Pigeon Forge

Me and my family spend a week,first impression,not clean,appliances not working properly(stove,gas leaking) the grill outside (disgusting and not working) the pool had my kids and my sisters sick because no one came to check the level of bleach and if it was safe,so we did not use the pool after the first day. And I will say something,the owner need to give and hire a real maintenance people,whoever cleans this place have no idea(the bathrooms nasty,soap and shampoo from the previous people were still melting in the bathrooms. We will never,ever rent a cabin at this place. Am sorry but if you running a family cabin rental make sure is clean,safe atmosphere and provide at least more than 3 forks and 2 spoons for a 5...

Stayed there recently. The view is amazing however the kitchen was full of oil and dirt everywhere. The floors were clearly not moped and when the cleaning crew came back to re do it, they lack of customer service. I wanted to do a cook out and there was no gas for the grill so when i called the office they said it was not included with the price. I called maintance again because part ot the stove was breaking and then the chair in the theather room was broken and they never cameback to fix it. The pool smelled like clorox from miles away. I can echo some of the same issues of other recent reviews. Complete lack of basic kitchen supplies. During our stay we also had issues with other simple maintenance items that were not resolved in an acceptable timeframe. We also noted some relative heavy amount of leaking from windows and walls when it rained. This cabin and furnishings are in need of some TLC.

With that, it is situated in a wonderful spot in a great neighborhood (Sherwood Forest). But I would not recommend this cabin, nor renting from the management agency...
