Zero stars I could talk to people and call people using seri and I had service everywhere but my screen was out. They fixed the screen and now my phone DOES NOT WORK now!!! I have no service 99 percent of the time and no one can hear me when I talking to them! I took it up there and he said because the back of the phone was broken it doesn’t work well it worked before and now I spent a hundred dollars and can’t use it !!! WARNING...

My service experience was horrible. The gentleman doesn't know what's going on with your phone he guesses and steady increase prices of things. He really need some customer service etiquette classes. He wad very rude and told me the customer to hush. Don't know if that's his culture but it definitely isn't mine. If I could give no stars I would because he doesn't deserve to talk to...

We went in the store to get our cell phone fixed. Had no idea what kind of store it was. The owner took very good care of us. He worked on the cell phone for almost 30 minutes. He showed us what he was doing and talked about various options and in the end, we decided to buy a new phone from Amazon. He didn’t charge us anything...
