Very very nice people outgoing Bill (sry abt that lol)Dolly, Dennis great group of people working there their bathroom is handicap-accessible and setup very amazing nice to see that have in and Outdoors so it's a lot easier than having to pull open a door Unfortunately they do not have handicap door button but they are always looking so if they see you they will rush to open the door trust me it's just in their nature strongly suggest if you're in the area and need something this would be the best place to stop also they know a lot about the area around them so maybe if they don't have it or something else you need they can direct you where to find...

Probably the rudest bunch of people that exist in Minnesota. Because Minnesotans in general are polite and inviting in nature - giving "southern hospitality" a run for their money. However, this place has disturbed cousins or uncles or whatever which follow you there and blatantly eyeing to make sure that you are unable to steal as they are so certain visiting travelers and the like are sure to be doing there. I won't even go to the city in which this store is located because of how arrogantly rude they were it can be attributed to disgusting manners taught to them growing up. Traveled to Pine city to pick up a step pulley, which on their website said they had them in stock. Went there and they had only a few single pulleys. I told the employee that it is on their website that they had it in stock. He just shrugged his shoulders, and said "we have nothing like that here". I drove 30 miles for this specific pulley, and it is still on their website as having it in stock. You would think they could have at least corrected it, but it didnt seem to...
