Yesterday, my family was supposed to have a party in a room that was reserved a day after thanksgiving. Yesterday we show up and it was not. (Christmas) Other tenants were walking in on our private family event. And when we tried to explain to them that we had it reserved. They made comments about the staff not knowing what’s going on and the prices to stay there are too high. They feel neglected, I’m glad we (my wife and I) had no part in making these decisions for the...
