Valerie was the lady with so much knowledge it blew me away the time she took with us was so pleasant!. Also Todd for being new was amazing! We were patient to let him learn. The attitude from both of them was great! Best experience I myself have ever had at a Verizon phone store and I have had Verizon and the same number since the 2nd week Verizon ever opened in Minnesota! 💯 Satisfied!
I had to change my review from a 5 to a 1! What I wrote above was true!
But... I was told I was getting a brand new phone so I got it and I bought the liquid glass screen protector and had them put it on! 30.00 something
I was actually sold a refurbished unfixable phone according to Corporate!
I got a new phone in the mail and corporate said give Pine City this confirmation # and they would just put a new liquid glass screen protector on for all the inconvenience I was put through!
I went back to PC again and they said they can't do that even if corporate said so! They are separate from them so if I want one put on this new phone I would have to buy another one!( just days after they had me buy one and put it on a phone I had to send back to corporate So sad they couldn't just help.

Read moreWe went to the Pine City Verizon store this morning June 10, 2021. Two people were working there and were with customers when we entered the store. 40 minutes later two ladies entered the store. When asked by them how long we had been waiting and we told them 40 minutes the one asked the employees how long was the wait. That was the first time the people working there acknowledged we were there. Not when we entered were we greeted, not all 40 minutes we were there did they state that they would be with us soon. It was like we were invisible! The female worker was talking surgeries with her customer along with other topics that we could hear. When asked by co-worker how long she would be she stated she was ordering phones. We left along with the two ladies who came in. We will drive over 50 miles round trip to another Verizon store before we will ever enter the one 4 miles from our home. We went there to get two new phones. The one lady said that all Verizon stores have rude employees. We have done business with this store over the years and never had been...
Read moreAfter spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon this a.m; the agent suggested that we could return our 5g hotspot to the physical store. Upon my elderly mother's arrival - she was told that she could not, as directed, return items purchased online to a physical store. My mom, distraught, called me to speak to Joey, who was trying to help her at the store. After explaining to Joey what the on-line agent had told me - I asked him if there was any possibility that he could call and get help for my mom from the store to rectify how to send back the hotspot within our limited amount of time. Joey went out of his way to help my mom ~ AND was able to arrange to have a return usps label sent to her email so she could return the hotspot. Kudos to you Joey! I hope that Verizon recognises you for your customer service as well as going out of your way to help to make processes easier for others. Thank you! We need more people in the world that care about their customers...
