Bought a used mower noticed a issue the next day after two passes in the yard the deck wasn’t staying in place. Called told them I think it was missing two springs that it showed in the manual. They said we would need to bring it in. With them closing at 5pm we wouldn’t be able to bring it in. They happen to be picking up a mower by us so they picked up the mower for free. Got a call that a pin/bolt wasn’t working properly and they would fix it for free. 2-3 days later got a call it was fixed we could pay to have it dropped off or could pick it up. Went to pick it up and asked them to show me what they fixed. They said nothing was broken and they didn’t do any work. Showed them how easy the deck didn’t stay in place and the spots were springs should be after them frantically looking for replacement springs asked for my money back. They did give me a full refund

I called their parts department and they set one aside and my wife picked it up for me because they are closed during my free hours. She brought it home and later that night I went to work on it, and it was the wrong part. I called them the next day and I’m sorry about that a week later when I had a day off, I went up there to swap the parts and he gave me the wrong bolt and the bolt sheared off in the new one. I tried calling the parts department. I left a message for the parts department and they have never returned my phone call, I will eat the $50 buy one online and buy beware of the parts department here you’re better off...
