This store has nasty owners. They sold me a bottle of wine with mold in it. Upon returning it they said they didn't do discounts and didn't want to give me a product of equal value. They eventually did after complaining because they wanted the rotten wine back and not poured out but only after banning me from the store for wasting their money. There was mold stuck to the inside of the bottle which they refused to give me back for proof. The cork was not moldy the inside of the bottle was. If it was such a problem with me lying why wasn't the bottle returned to me? Also I rarely drink ans this was for a holiday. The wine itself was soured and vinegar tasting notes in a Merlot. Also during a pandemic people would like to have a store not raise voice or scream at them but I offered to have the bottle examined by someone with more knowledge but it wasn't returned. Why not? Why refuse to return the bottle that shows the particles on the inside of the bottle if it wasn't a problem. Especially since you are admitting I paid for it. We buy this same wine all the time. Now, when he goes, they charge him $5 dollars more saying the price just went up. Each time I've sent him, they say the same thing. Every time I get it it's the same price but when he gets it they charge him more. I'm very disappointed!
