Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AAA Electronics and would not recommend them to anyone. I had a minor problem with my television and dropped it off at AAA Electronics in June. A couple of weeks went by, and Greg informs me he was unable to fix the problem. No big deal as the TV is still watchable.
When I arrived to pick up my TV, Greg informs me that there had been an āissueā. Several televisions in his shop had been damaged including mine. Someone had scratched the screen rendering my TV useless. Greg assured me that he would order a new screen for my television and make the needed repairs. This was mid-July.
I patiently waited and followed up with Greg in late August and was informed the part was still on back order. For the next two months Greg, the owner of AAA Electronics, would not respond to my calls or texts. I finally got a response in early November. Greg said that he would try to replace my television with something comparable. Another month went by without any response from AAA Electronics.
By early December I decided to make one more call before giving up on the whole issue. To my surprise, Greg answered the phone, and we arranged to meet up so he could provide a refund. It only took 6 months, but I finally received cash for the television. It was less that what I expected considering it was ruined while at his shop.
