Great Wall Kitchen — Restaurant in Lindenwold

Was told 15-20 minute wait for pick up. Got there around 30 minutes after calling and they were only just then putting the chicken in the fryer.. pork fried rice tastes greasy and old, not much flavor to it and the pork cubes are actually just fat… fries were cold and soggy. Chicken wings weren’t as crunchy as they should’ve been and were very bland. You’d think I got a bag of beef jerky with how dry the boneless spare ribs are.. not a drop of sauce on them and they taste like cardboard. Very dissatisfying. My 5 year old is the least picky eater I ever met and she even said “I don’t really like the way they make the fries here… they taste dry to me.” Egg roll was so oily and undercooked.. the taste of it had me gagging. never waste your $ here .. just order something else or cook at home. If I could give zero stars I would… they truly don’t deserve the one star I’m forced...

Before I ordered from Great Wall as it was my first time, I did read the reviews first and honestly after going over reviews, I decided to go with Great Wall. My food came in a reasonable amount of time. However, my order was wrong so I had to call for them to bring the right food. The lady on the phone told me I had to pay an additional fifty-cents. I waited literally for one hour for them to bring my food back, and when I called, the lady on the phone told me they were busy and the driver would get to me as soon as possible. Once my food arrived, it was cold and about 30 minutes after eating it, I was vomitting profusely. I was sick for two days in the bed stomach cramps, the whole nine yards. Never again will I ever I order from this restaurant again. Maybe I just got then on a bad night, but...

I'm so sorry that I decided to order from The Great Wall Kitchen on Blackwood-Clementon Rd. This will be my last order. I've been ordering here for many years but this was most horrible. I had guest over for lunch and how embarrassed I was when we tasted the food. I specifically asked not to overcook the general tsos and they did just that. Not only was it overcooked the chicken tasted like straw, very hard to chew. I thought this can't be chicken, all kinds of thoughts were going through my mind as what it could be. The egg rolls and crab sticks were fried so hard, they were to crispy and dry. I spent quite a few bucks for a unsatisfying meal. The sauce for the egg foo yung was also bland just terrible.
