The best diner to eat at in South Jersey! Where you come hungry and leave happy! And you're always family at the Eagle diner 808 blackwood clementon Road in pine Hill New Jersey. The staff is friendly the owner is amazing his whole family is great and very friendly when you go there. There's no wait for a table they see you right down and treat you right if you become a regular they know exactly what you want. And you feel like family. The prices are amazing I ordered meatloaf and it's under$15 when I went to another diner it was more than 15 for meatloaf so I always come here for great prices. And their soups are delicious you have to try the stuffed pepper or the meatball vegetable. They have reasonable lunches and really cheap breakfast they have a big breakfast for 10 bucks that comes with home fries three eggs bacon sausages three of each and three pancakes for $9.99. they give you a piece of cake or some type of dessert with almost every meal including the breakfast sometimes LOL. I took my mother there for mother's Day and she was very happy and they gave her a little piece of cake that said Happy mother's Day on it it was very nice. I really can't say enough nice things about this place I honestly don't understand how more people don't know about it. The weekend mornings can be a little busy but most of the time you get right in and write out and get treated so amazingly I'm there at least three times a week. I recommend that everybody tries at once. I know once you go one time you'll definitely want to come back. The low prices in the Great food and all the extras they throw at you will definitely keep you coming back they are the most friendliest people I've ever met. Just talking about it makes me want to go there. Worst diner I've ever been to😂the server was kind however we received the wrong food, and didn't receive the eggs that came with the order. It took another 20 minutes to get the eggs that we asked to get because we hadn't gotten them at the beginning. I never received my toast and it took until after I was finished with my poorly cooked steak for the server to return. I asked for my toast and she brought it out with no butter. I asked for some butter and she said it already had butter on it. I looked underneath and the bread had literally probably several molecules of butter very thinly spread on it that was hardly visible. I asked for more butter and she never returned. The bacon seemed to be fried rubber cement painted with bacon coloring. It was hardly even edible. The home fries came out literally ice cold. Didn't even seem cooked. Everything about this place is simply disappointing and terrible. If I could give 0 stars i would. the steak had more fat then meat This isn't a complaint but I'm genuinely curious. Why did I receive lettuce and tomato with my steak?😂 Like who in their life has ever seen lettuce and tomato as a side to steak for breakfast. Overall just a bad experience. Would 100% recommend coming here. Great place for birthday parties. My friends and I come here almost every day after school. Entire staff was super friendly and understanding. My food was tasty and prepared with care. When I had a question about the order she was prompt and immediately got me a new plate. If you come here I promise you won't be disappointed. Horrible experience!!! Lady who owns the place was screaming and cursing at me and being completely disrespectful! I ordered soup for pickup and the lid popped off on my drive home making the soup spill every where, soaking my sandwiches. I called back and waitress I spoke to was very nice. She said there was nothing they could do at the moment because they were closed for the night, which is very understandable. She wrote down my information and said I would receive a call in the morning. I never received the call. So I called back. Explained the incident, but the owner was screaming at me saying what do you think I can drive the money to your house. I wasn’t expecting that. I just wanted to be reassured I would get a refund or more soup in return. But she was cursing and getting loud and not even letting me speak to her. Which is very inconsiderate. I got hung up on 3 times! So I drove to the diner. She continued to yell at me. Told me I was making her lines busy by calling back. Well maybe If you didn’t hang up on me.. I don’t care how bad of day you are having you don’t take it out on your customers.. I for sure will not be returning ever again and I advice others to stay away from this business.
