This place doesnt deserve 5 stars. I just wanted to provide a fair warning to anyone who might think this is a great place to shop. This old man that runs the place is very prejudice on how he treats people. His store is very disorganized I dont think a complete inventory has been done in 20+ years. They struggle to find the part you need. The employees always look like they hate life working there. A few times I've seen some very friendly and knowledgeable employees working behind his counter. They never seem to last more than 6 months. Last time I was there I picked up a part from a nice young gentleman working the parts counter. As I was about to cash out Glen walks up and noticed I was paying with a card and instructed the young man to surcharge me an additional 3% !! All because I wasn't spending enough. That was the last straw. I've had friends drop there vehicle off there and call up asking for an update and they either get some lousy excuse or there vehicle was repaired without pre authorization from the customer. Then the old man sticks them with the bill. We need a reputable Honda dealer in the valley. I will no longer do business with...

If i could give this place negative 5 stars I would. Its way over priced, the staff is not only rude, but the biggest rip off in town, they will straight up rob you. After they give you a price on something, when you come back to pick it up its double. Not only did they sell me broken parts that messed up my equipment, they tried charging me to fix it lol. We took our quad in for tune-up and throttle change. It took 2 MONTHS and a lot of phone calls and listening to multiple excuses to finally get it back, then they had failed to let us know they had shut the fuel valve off. We gave them another opportunity to redeem themselves with us by bringing our Honda VTX1300 in to have a flat tire repaired. It's been almost a week that they've had it.
