This is not so much a “park” as it is a horse recreation area. The park is between several large ranch-homes that all own horses. There were people riding horses when I went. There is a boardwalk over a pond with some funky birds and turtles. There is a trail that abruptly ends. Dogs are allowed on-leash.

Only come here if you’re on a horse or interested in a tiny pond. It’s quiet and there is a sketchy looking trail that’s for horses. I saw a mommy duck and her babies which was cool. There are soft spots in the boardwalk that will definitely get worse.

Nice, hidden, quiet little park. You can talk a walk across the lake on the boardwalk or around the lake & see some neighbors beautiful horses. My husband & I loved it, along with all the birds he was taking pictures of.

I hate that this has been added to Google maps. Only because it's been a hidden oasis for a few years now.

Has over 50 turtles that will swim up to you in hopes for a treat. Just today I saw almost 100 fish gather around the wooden boardwalk with gazeboo in the middle.

Just recently part of the boardwalk was removed, probably due to safety reasons as the rest of the remaining boardwalk is beginning to warp. But someone is constantly replacing boards and fencing, and trying to keep up with algae growth.

If you get a chance, check it out. Bring the little ones. As there is a house with horses on the east end of the lake. Go at the right time and you'll catch them walking around the backyard. Just don't feed them or touch them. I've been told they bite now...

Nice quiet park to walk around or ride your horse. Lots of birds hanging out around the lake and turtles sunning themselves. Boardwalk now has been repaired. Could use an additional garbage can-there used to be 2. 01/18/2023: So sad to see how this Park has deteriorated. The southern side of the lake is way overgrown, choking out most of the wildlife. Weeds also starting to grow over the boardwalk and parts of boardwalk...

I'm not sure why this came up as a park. You can walk around a bit, but there are not really walking trails. It is truly more like the sign says when you get there, an equestrian area. Wish the name on Google was clearer. Also very sandy, don't wear open shoes. Apparently, also a local teen hang, so if you have a younger one with you and are hoping to go on a nice mini hike like I was,...
