Previously our favorite park. We used to go every day for almost 4 years. Great group of people and dogs, cleaned up after our pups, brought bowls, balls and pools to share. I would provide ice for the dogs daily. Recent changes, no bowls, pools, or toys allowed. Water source changed to a stand up fountain. The dog part on the base does not stay on and immediately drains. You have to stand there in the sun, pressing on the button for all dogs to drink. Many dogs, like mine, do not drink running water, needs to be still water. You must bring your own dog bowls daily, even though we used to purchase and supply the park for all the dogs. Take bowls when you leave or they will be thrown out. Brand new pools with rope to be hung and dry after use, thrown out. Tennis balls, thrown out. It's disappointing when the highlight of your day was watching your senior dog run around and play with his friends and now he can't cool off...
Read moreThis awesome park was designed for family. Plan for a picnic under a covered pavilion, with electricity, picnic tables, BBQ Grill, a water spigot with a prep table. You could plan a party at one of the pavilions near the children’s playscape. Than take a crowd over to the grassy field and have a game of catch or kick the soccer ball around. Plan a picnic near the sand volleyball court. Bathrooms are near all pavilions. This is a equestrian Park where the local farms bring group of riders to walk through the woods with that brings a nice walking path to enjoy a casual walk. This resident has enjoyed all of these and more...

What I thought was really cool is across the park from the dog area is a place where people bring their horses to train them and do whatever it is they do with them. I noticed when I drove by that they were weigh stations in that area too so it seems like you could be there with your dog on that side of the park leashed and watch people with their horses. There were no horses when we were there again middle of the day or Tuesday....
