Raven-Aaron is a Saint!
I'm a Project Manager working from home on projects that have some serious backing to them, and the worst thing that could happen to me is a call dropping when I'm talking to a client about a problem worth more than I make a year. I called Spectrum and they sent Raven-Aaron who was able to make it literally within the hour.
Raven was kind, patient, answered any questions I had AND showed me the root of all my problem! It came down to the setup of my wiring disrupting Spectrum's signal. I went from 2 dropped calls in a single day and buffering internet speeds to faster than ever before. A lot of technicians might come out and fix it and leave, but this guy brought me to the issue, explained the pros and cons of my setup, and fixed it in front of me.
If I ever have an issue again (hopefully not, though!), I could only hope that the next tech is as thoughtful as this guy. Many blessings and thank you for solving...

I called the Spectrum Charlotte Call Center - Billing Dept after a frustrating and unprofessional 28+ minute phone call with a Spectrum "Customer Service Specialist" named Angelique. I literally spent 28 min on a call with her just to cancel my internet service. I was bracing myself for more of the same when I reached out again. Thankfully, Keshawn and Mason at the Charlotte Call Center were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. They assisted me with finalizing my cancellation and reviewing my last bill, all while being sincerely apologetic for my earlier experience. They genuinely cared about resolving my concerns and making things right.

Read morenew update: cancelled my service 6 days into my monthly service and Spectrum is making me pay for the whole month. I guess it is my fault for not reading the fine print but a better company would not need these terms & conditions. I guess they have so many cancellations they cannot pro-rate. Such a SCAM!!!!
Update: still the absolute worst internet. If you have ANY other service available, choose it over Spectrum. My internet goes out multiple times a day. I have reported it multiple times. No help from Spectrum. Also, they have the dumbest AI chat!!!
Choose ANY other internet service... Spectrum is the absolute WORST!! Multiple outages for absolutely no reason (but they always say "due to severe weather"... so besides being a horrible service provider, they are also liers!!)
