Hostile environment, rules breakers. It wasn't a pleasant visit for us. The staff didn't care about neither the customer nor the rules they made. There are 6 racquet ball rooms and only 2 squash rooms, and the dance club took one of the squash rooms. One of the gang even had his takeout food inside the room! With all the respects, we like dancing too, but I certainly won't practice my dancing in a ball court without a mirror. Instead of asking them out the manager with his check shirt ruled the room for them instead of some people who actually wanted to use the room as it is designed for. One more ruling is we're not allowed to play squash in the racquet room because the room is not designed for squash. How convenient. One more highlight is, the staff doesn't care about the rules. I took this photo after their "dancing session" ended. There were more than 10 people during their "dancing session" But as you can see on the photo, they were on their BLACK SOLED DANCING SHOES! clearly forbidden as the sign on the door but, nobody cares. The staff didn't care, he said that's fine. Not to mention the dancing people changed back to their sneakers after their dance practice. We didn't have our gym time, there's no priority rules for the utilization of the room, people can break rules(food and black shoes) and the staff do not care about this...

I brought my kids for family swim. Unknowingly we used women's locker room to change. After the swimming, as we were trying to get back to get dressed, we got harrassed by male life guard who blocked the entrance to the women's locker room and insisted that he will watch my three toddlers while I get our stuff out of the locker. We were freezing, he managed to scare my kids and spoil the whole family swim experience.

Apart from that, the facilities are normally clean but can get very smelly during the peak hours when there are a lot of people exercising.

I have visited here a number of times for swim events, and for the most part it is a great facility. Climate control is generally good even in the pool area, and the seats are decently roomy for a grandstand at a pool.

The only real downside is the lack of any type of refreshments while in the building. There is a snack stand located right near the entrance, which until recently was not even open most of the time. When it is open, selection is quite limited but prices are reasonable. There are no vending machines in the building that I was able to locate.
