The Spa at Dolphin Bay — Local services in Pismo Beach

I have been a Spa member at the Dolphin Bay for almost 2 years. I absolutely love to visit here and I look forward to my visit each month and always request Cherish for my facials. She is probably the best therapist I’ve ever had in 20+ years of doing fairly regular facials! She has such a kind and intuitive nature and just works magic. My skin always looks incredible and glowing after afterward.

Although the spa Center overall is a little small -It doesn’t lack for anything… It’s very nicely appointed and there are a couple of different relaxation areas to hang out. There’s also wonderful brand new infrared sauna that you can enjoy before or after a treatment.

Greg is the manager of the Spa and has been there for several years. He worked at Nordstrom for many years and you can tell he’s instilled that same level of training and high-end customer service skills with his staff. Everyone that works there is incredibly professional and warm.

I really enjoy coming to this beautiful spot and always so thankful. And again I cannot say enough about Cherish because she delivers five star treatments for her clients every time and takes a lot of pride...

Expensive, noisy, and well not appropriately set up for men and women to share the space. I have traveled the world and been in some of the Spas..... I booked a 90 minute couple's massage for my Boyfriend and I. When we arrived we had to wait to change as the dressing rooms, both of them were in use. The same problem after our massages were completed. I could go on and on and on.....I won't. I also won't be back. It is not a day spa, it is more like an after...

I enjoyed a very relaxing and therapeutic hot stone massage with Anne Marie and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive.
