JCPenney — Local services in Pittsburg

My mom and I were in the store looking at dresses for her and there were no signs saying where to put the clothes that had been tried on. When we went to put the dress back on the rack the supervisor quickly asked if we had tried it on. We said yes. She replied (in a frantic tone) with "we cant put that back on the racks." She proceeded by grabbing it off the rack and huffing off without saying anything else. She didn't wait for us to move out of the way but instead decided to brush past us. We explained that there wasn't a sign telling us NOT to put it back. But she ignored us and went back to the register. We have been following each businesses COVID requests and have been respectful. We went back to the store and my mom explained how rude she had been to us and how we would have followed the rules if they would have all their rules posted. Will not go back to get any kind of jewelry. Went last night to get my husband something. Waited for 15 minutes, and the lady working saw me and did not ask if I needed help. There were 2 women helping 1 lady. My husband had this issue 8 years ago, which is why he doesn't go back. Didn't have what I needed to finish my window project, couldn't find at another of their stores, COULDN'T GET INTO THE SYSTEM SHE NEEDED & couldn't order what I needed to finish my project. After having a jc Penny's card for more than 45 years, this was 'REALLY' A ( LOW ) feeling about going back there, 'INCLUDING' THE ATTITUDE OF THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE at JCPenney's in Joplin mo.
