Can’t beat the customer service. Steve has been awesome to work with when buying furniture,appliances…..BUT THAT CHANGED Update!!! Bought numerous items from here. From a couch 2 times. Recliners, fridge,stove and 2 sets of washer and dryers. After having an issue with a recliner quality and it falling apart “Steve” sent a repair man out to fix it. Well let’s say he did a TERRIBLE job. Looked like a 12 yo did the repair. I requested it be replaced with a new chair or a credit on my account (long story) Steve said he’d have someone else fix it. They picked it up and 3-4 weeks later told me it was repaired, by then I did not want it back. I contacted cooperated and told them I did not want it. All they did was to contact Steve to call me to get a delivery day. I told Steve I really didn’t want it back.$999 plus tax and it had to be repaired twice. They attempted to deliver it when I was not home. I spoke with the drivers and told them I would not be home. They showed up anyways and called me asking where I was, this happened twice. After that I refused the chair back. I just told them to keep it and they could give me the credit on my charge account. They closed my account and notified credit bureaus I owed money. I contacted all credit bureaus and reported it as a false statement and provided proof I paid for it. I will never spend another 8k there again or even $8 after that. Poor quality chair, repairman terrible and months of negotiation and no chair showed me that I can go somewhere else and be treated better. I spent way too much there to except that kind...

Ordered the drawer for under my dryer. Took a month and a half to get to me. Never got a call from the salesman saying it was in Pittsburg. Had been there over a week. Charged me interest because I hadn't picked it up. Then I check the top make sure all the feet and good and nothing broken on top as it was still in the box. Get it home and the front has a huge dent. Do not recommend after having no problems with them and I have purchased from them for years without issue. Such a shame.

I have shopped many stores in and around Pittsburg, KS, but none of them have impressed me as much as Westco, of Pittsburg. When you first enter the store, you are greeted warmly which gives you the feeling of really being welcome. Most all of my dealings in this store have been with Gary, the manager, who is very impressive, in that he has great business acumen and knowledge of his merchandise.
