Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Pittsfield Charter Township

The crew here offers outstanding customer service. The manager, Cameron, always finds me the best deals on cigarettes and routinely points out new brands in my price range, because he takes the time to know his customers. In addition to Cameron, the rest of the staff consistently provides exemplary customer service -- I have come in every two weeks for years now and I have never been disappointed. Because Wild Bill's has the best prices on my brand and the staff is so courteous, helpful and cool, I choose to drive a bit further to this particular Wild Bill's store to get my cigarettes. In an era besmirched by particularly low quality customer service, this Wild Bill's location really stands out. Incidentally, Cameron also listens to excellent music. I recommend this place...

DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM THIS STORE! I've been a regular customer here until today. Every time you buy a vape here they warn you to keep the packaging in case it doesn't work (meaning they KNOW that a large amount of the Chinese product they sell is defective). Sure enough I get home and my new vape didn't work. Brought it back in and they would not even EXCHANGE it because I bought it more than 2 days ago. So they have lost a long time customer over $20.99 because they refuse to exchange their defective merchandise unless you realize it is broken within the 48 hour window. Good luck if you shop here... be sure you open your vape immediately and test it before going home and waiting 3-4 days like I did... because they won't do a thing...

Do NOT shop here. I’ve been buying products at this store since literally the first day that it opened. One day all the cool employees were gone and a very rude manager is the only guy that’s ever there. He sold my dad a broken vape twice and last week he sold me the wrong pods despite me asking over 3 times if they were the right ones. I have countless more bad experiences with this store and have heard plenty more from others. I’m going in tomorrow to see how he’ll fix that but considering he never gives me a receipt, I doubt there will be any help. Absolutely do not go here, VIP smoke shop downtown is...
