HiBrid Dispensary Pittsfield — Local services in Pittsfield

We usually go to North Adams , which is about a 2 hour drive from us. We decided to pick uo a small amount at this dispensary instead to see how they are being its about 20 mins closer. The young man who waited on us was very nice, however , the young lady with dark hair and glasses was RUDE and snotty! When we first got there, there was a line at each budtender. The customer with her finished up, so we stepped up. Without a word, no excuse me, nothing, she just walked away. The young mans line next to us opened up so he helped us. Now, the 2nd issue. We had called the night before because we werent going to make it to pick up our order before they closed. Our normal dispensary allows for preorders up to 2 days , so we called and asked them if they could hold it until tomorrow. The young lady advised " we automatically hold orders for 24 hours". Exact words. We took that as , they normally hold preorders an extra 24 hours if you dont get on the day of. She could have said, No we cant hold it, or Im sorry we only hold for 24 hours , etc. Either way it was misunderstanding so when we got there our order of course had been put back. Had she of been more clear, we would have simply reordered that night after they closed. When we advised the young man we had spoken w someone the night before, this girl jumped in " That was me and I did not say we would hold it! We cant because the owner will get mad!" . She was nasty amd rude when she said it too. Now obviously it was a misunderstanding , but instead of dealing with it nicely, she got all defensive and snotty. The young man helped us find another product but we def wont ever go back again. This was the first time ever we experience a rude budtender. There is so much competition in Mass, usually they are all happy to get your business and we have been to them all in Pittsfield and North Adams. We will be taking our business back to North Adams and drive the extea 20 mins. Tough luck for the owner. If you can look at our purchase history (if you can see it on our liscense scan) We drop around 400$ every 2 weeks . Clear Sky will be keeping our business. If we need anything in a pinch again, there are closer dispensaries with MUCH nicer budtenders. After reading the reviews, I can see we arent the only ones. First time I've visited this dispensary. I've been to bloom brothers and potency several times. However this was a whole new experience. I didn't feel rushed and all the budtenders were awesome, super polite and they know what they speak on. As a fellow greent thumb I find it's hard to actually buy fresh fresh harvested bud that you feel just got done with a great dry and curing process. The terpenes all there. I was amazed of the aroma that exploded from the 'ANIMAL ZKITTLEZ' bred by "Neta" premium cannabis flower. Also grabbed some 'Hans Solo burger' by "HIGH SUPPLY" for 20$ eighths and a discount on them at that for purchasing 4 eighths. I opened up one thus far and again the fresh feel smell taste and of course high was amazing. I wish I had known about HiBrid a while back. I've spent several thousands at the dispensaries Bloom brothers and at potency. Blooms sells alot of stale junk that I have tested and my own harvests are showing higher thc% thca%'s terp% s. The deals are wonderful, the staff are friendly and it's right around the corner from Bloom Brothers and not too far from Berkshire Roots....so if you find items at one, two, or three places it's not too difficult to swing by all shops. The building from the outside looks like a box, but don't get discouraged by appearances, it's bigger than it looks. The staff are friendly but sometimes it feels like they just want you to come in and out as quickly as you can....it's just a vibe I get, but they are relatively new so they may also be adjusting as well. I would suggest an interior theme to spice things up a bit, but the main reason why you're there is for the products, which often provide relatively high THC-A content again at a reasonable price.
