Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On Mother’s Day my boyfriend and I both went in to pick up a few bottles of wine and some seltzers. When we got to the check out I had my id out as I was going to be the one paying. The cashier asked for both my boyfriend and my id. When my boyfriend stated he did not have his id we were advised they could not sell to us. We walked out without an issue. A few hours later my boyfriend went back with his id to purchase the items while I stayed at home. He was told again that they could not sell to him since I was not with him!! I understand if I was initially the one missing an I’d however when I was there previously and had my id out initially to purchase the items I think this is absolutely ridiculous! Read moreUpon me walking in, I didn't get a greeting despite there being around 4 employees. Being in the Porto section for about 6 min, I had to go look for help when it seemed as if I was 1 out of MAYBE 3 people in the store shopping. I did get somebody to assist me and she was very helpful. My Taylor fladgate was not on the shelf and she looked it up on the computer and luckily her extra step found the bottle in the cellar. She walked it to the front for me as normal protocol from every other Binny's I've been to. Over all good experience. Just wanted a greeting like the ones I get in Chicago. I went along with my brother to the checkout so he can purchase his alcohol, the cashier asked for both of our ID’s and I didn’t show her mine because I was not partaking in drinking or buying the alcohol.
