Kensington Center — Local services in Plainfield

Needed to come here and get a sim card for our phones. We just came back from England and will only be here for a week so didn't want to reactivate our cell service. I came here and the emotes Xol at the Tech counter was absolutely amazing. He talked me thru the best cards to get and how everything works and was just all around fantastic. I went back to my car after purchasing the sim cards and everything worked exactly how he told me. So great job and excellent customer service Xol I greatly appreciate...

walked in the Verizon wireless to get my mom hooked up. The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable about the products, pricing and polices. HOWEVER, there was a very awkward young lady sitting behind a desk being very.....obnoxious with a customer wanting to know why her bill was so high. I know this was going on because the young lady was being extra with her hand gestures, over explaining to the customer and being very loud with the customers issues...
