Dollar General — Local services in Plains Township

We recently visited this location and I have to say that our experience was pretty bad and the women claiming to be the manager Kristy she mentioned her name was but my refund receipt says Allison. I believe you should enjoy your job or quit because you my dear do not enjoy your job. Your a miserable manager who should get sent back to whatever training this establishment offers and try again. You don't speak to people the way you did and not allowing my sister to purchase her items because you were on a power trip is really unprofessional and spot lights why you should not be a Manger because a manager like you costs the company money. When you mentioned you would dial the police I had a half a mind to do it myself just so I can watch you explain exactly why you dialed them down. I will be contacting corporate about this as well. This is a relatively new Dollar General location. The store is usually clean and well stocked, but there's not usually many people working. The employees also aren't trained well on the current sales/promotions. We went in there and they were running a special that was BOGO on select summer items. We selected two of the items that were labeled, but were told by two of the employees that the items weren't part of the sale. It's frustrating when the signs don't correspond with what the items ring up for and what the employees are saying. I've been to other locations and when they prices ring up wrong, they're able to override to make the price match what the sale is advertised as. Overall, it's frustrating to have to pay more than what you're expecting on a sale item. I'll visit other...

This is right across the street from my house by far the way some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them retail. I guess I’m one of the people that lets things just go even though the experience is exceptional.
