Burger King — Restaurant in Plains Township

Let me start by saying, the people who took my order, took my payment then handed me my food were awesome!! Very upbeat, interactive and polite...with that being said, i went yesterday at 3:05pm...i got 2 cheeseburgers, they were the most awful cheeseburgers I've ever had. The patty was luke warm at best, then they throw a cold piece of cheese on it and that's how I get it, also with ketchup, which was also cold. Cheese was not melted on the burger...im sorry but even a 5yr old knows you're supposed to melt cheese on a burger. So by putting those 2 cold things on a barley warm burger, makes it that much colder. The bun wasn't "old", but it definitely wasn't fresh. I was the only car in the drive-threw, and I didn't have a huge order, so it's not like they were busy. (Drive-threw at least...i don't know what it was like inside) This isn't the 1st time this has happened. 1st time I chalked it up to new people just learning, or just a plain old mistake, but after like 3x's of this happening, when going on all different days and times, I believe it's just laziness, not to mention TERRIBLE customer service and satisfaction! People work hard for their money, and have plenty of choices. There are fast-food chains on every corner. Next time, I'll drive a few more miles down road to...

I order my food and waited about 10 mins in line they looked like they were rushing and not caring, as we were waiting one of the workers I see through the first window that was not open was doing cart wheels with no socks or shoes one or gloves we pull up to the window and wait another five mins only for them to give me the wrong order i order two cheese burgers with only ketchup and sm fri and a sweet tea the cheese burgers both had so much ketchup it was all over the wraper and all over the top of the bun it wasn’t eat able and it also had pickles on it, noticed that the wrapper wasn’t marked which makes me think they were craving random burgers and putting them in there, my sweet tea tasted old and maybe even moldy, and the fries were very over salted they were also not eat able, there was one older looking man that actually looked like he was working but the rest seemed careless, there was many...
